MultiTech Developers retains ownership of its internal generic boilerplate libraries, common utilities, and development scaffolding, which are licensed to the Client on a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free basis.
Direct third-party operational expenses—including LLM model token usage (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini), vector hosting (Pinecone, Qdrant), cloud servers (AWS, Google Cloud, DigitalOcean), and Apple/Google store developer fees—are billed directly to the Client's accounts.
MultiTech Developers assists in configuring usage quotas, auto-scaling ceilings, and caching layers to guarantee cost predictability.

MultiTech Developers provides a complimentary 30-Day Post-Delivery Warranty commencing immediately upon production deployment handover.
During this period, any software defects or regressions directly attributable to the contracted Statement of Work are remediated at zero additional charge. Ongoing 24/7 server monitoring, performance tuning, and LLM upgrades are available under separate SLA maintenance agreements.
Both parties agree to hold all technical, financial, algorithmic, and proprietary business disclosures in strict confidentiality. Neither party will disclose proprietary trade secrets or customer records to any third party without explicit prior written authorization.
This agreement and any disputes arising out of or related to our engineering services shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any legal proceeding or arbitration shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts situated in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
